Kailey is extremely attentive and if my husband and I had any questions, she would respond them. If she did not knew the answer she would get back to me with the answer. Kailey has a great attention to detail and great at damage control. Our situation was not easy from the start but she made it as smooth as possible. Kailey is super nice and sweet.
