They do an exceptional job of providing continuing education through sales support meetings, technology updates, and niche products. My favorite part about working at RWM is that you truly feel like a family. I sit on the DEI (diversity equity inclusion) panel and get to contribute to the overall work culture. They have all the products you need as a direct lender. The culture is my favorite part of belonging to the RWM team. We have regular events where we all get together and collaborate on getting better. Ownership is a class act and goes out of their way to make you feel like you belong.
