What Is HomeRun?

Jumpstart your homebuying journey with substantial savings! Our RWM HomeRun Mortgage is available for eligible primary residence purchases and has low down payment options, no mortgage insurance, flexible credit guidelines, and loans up to $726,200.

Program Highlights
  • Contribute as little as 1% of the purchase price on a 1-unit primary residence.
  • As little as 5% contribution on a 2-unit property as long as you occupy at least 1 unit.
  • Remaining down payment funds may be provided by a Community Second down payment assistance program or eligible gift funds.
  • No mortgage insurance requirement.
  • Flexible credit guidelines.
  • Loans up to $726,200.
Program Eligibility
  • Intended only for individuals who do not currently own a property. This includes domestic partners, spouses, and fiancé/fiancées, even if they are not an applicant on the mortgage.
  • Primary residences only.
  • Qualifying income must be less than 80% of the Median Family Income (MFI) county limit, OR
  • The property must be located within a low to moderate-income census tract. Ask your loan officer for details.
