What is Welcome Home?

Welcome Home provides 1:1 coaching and on-demand resources to educate you about home buying. This program is included in your standard benefits package to help current homeowners have more guidance in the future and support future homeowners to make smarter financial housing decisions to prepare for homeownership.

What services are included in Welcome Home that I have access to?

The Welcome Home Team pairs you with your own dedicated home buying advisor. Your advisor will work 1:1 to understand your real estate goals, review your financial situation and develop a game plan if you’re ready to buy or planning to buy in the future. While 1:1 coaching is the best way to get personalized support, you can also access educational resources on the Welcome Home website and join the Welcome Home Team for quarterly educational events. Lastly, when you’re finally ready to buy, you’ll have a $1000 gift from your company and the Welcome Home Team to contribute to your closing costs.

What qualifications do Welcome Home advisors have?

Welcome Home advisors are licensed mortgage consultants that have 10+ years of experience in purchases, refinances, reverse mortgages, and other specialty loan programs. Advisors are trained to support any employee, regardless of their housing situation. We have ongoing quality assurance check-ins and surveys to maintain a high-quality experience for you. When it comes to protecting you and your data, we employ the best industry practices to ensure data security and privacy. All your conversations with your advisor are highly confidential.

What can I expect in the 1:1 strategy sessions?

No matter your home buying experience level, our advisors are happy to meet with you to ensure you’re prepared to make informed housing decisions. If you’re serious about purchasing a home, your advisor can assess your financial and mortgage readiness. If you need more clarification about your housing goals, you will still benefit from meeting with an advisor to figure out what you can do today to be financially successful. How does the closing cost coupon work?

When you’re ready to buy and home and work directly with the Welcome Home Team at RWM Home Loans, you’ll have a one-time credit of $1000 applied to your closing costs.
