Scott Johnston

Born in Stockton, California, I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s in Financial Services and a minor in Economics. With 35 years in the mortgage industry, I’ve served markets in San Diego, California, and Nashville, Tennessee, alongside raising three adult children – Lauren, Blake, and Bailey – and enjoying the company of my grandchild, Morgan. Outside of work, I’m passionate about outdoor activities like running, trail running, hiking, biking, and snowboarding, often engaging with around 14 different running clubs between San Diego and Nashville. I believe in the positivity and humor of runners and cherish the runner’s high. Exploring new cities, I make it a point to connect with local running communities, sharing in their camaraderie. For me, maintaining a healthy and happy lifestyle involves plenty of outdoor exercise, complemented by my love for sushi, a cuisine I could enjoy every day.
