Rosie Leal

Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and raised in the Central Valley of California, I have over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending. I am well-versed in commercial, government, subprime, conventional, and down payment loan programs. Having previously worked for a local bank for over 10 years, I’ve grown to enjoy the interaction of meeting new people every day and building valuable relationships. This is why I am a loan officer; I have a passion for helping people and making new friends! Ultimately, being an integral part of my clients’ journey toward homeownership is the greatest reward.

I have two wonderful daughters and many grandchildren. Having been raised in a Hispanic home, I speak Spanish fluently and would love to learn another language someday. Both of my parents worked as farm laborers and taught me what life on the farm was all about, allowing me to appreciate the price people pay every day to make a living and how important it is to spend time with family and friends. Central Valley has a diverse cultural environment, and I embrace it with many activities, such as trying new foods and sharing recipes with my friends.
