This was my first time purchasing a home so I had a lot of questions. Tom provided me with a detailed overview of what to expect during the pre-approval process and the entire loan process. He and his team were always available to answer questions, and they were very responsive. Although the loan process is stressful overall, Tom and Angela (and I am assuming Tom’s entire team) were so friendly and helpful that it was not as painful as I expected.
