FLAWLESS TRANSACTION...TWICE Let me preface this by saying that I have worked with tons of top-notch lenders in a prior job, so I have very high expectations, but I would rate Shanne Sleder at RWM Home Loans above them all. She was available every single time we tried to reach her, and she even walked us through the closing documents that we had to sign with a mobile notary since we were out-of-state. Went Above and Beyond Like No One Else I had a very unusual situation I was trying to assist a borrower with. They were looking to finance a home loan in which the title record was showing an incorrect zoning designation that prohibited getting a home loan and conflicted with what the actual zoning was pursuant to the City's own zoning codes (which supersede). I contacted at least ten residential loan officers with the highest reviews in San Diego. The only one who said they would intervene to help was Shanne Sleder who contacted a Title company to help me correct the title record with the correct zoning designation. Shanne didn't just go the extra mile, but went the extra ten miles. The property had to be financed another way because of Title, otherwise it would have been financed with Shanne. This guy is a professional of the highest caliber who truly cares about assisting others and I highly recommend him.

For us, the most important part of this loan was expediency. Kristie has no match. We received more than we could ask for with accuracy, timeliness and the best attitude one could expect.
