Sean Kelly

Since graduating from Stanford University in 1982, I have acquired over 35 years of experience in the area of real estate development and finance. For 27 years I owned and operated West Coast Mortgage, a regional mortgage bank. In 2017 we merged our operation with Residential Wholesale Mortgage, an innovative and cutting edge community lender.

I have dedicated myself to building a business that provides superior service and product availability to our mortgage clients. I have personally funded over 3,000 loans and supervised the production of a team of 30 loan officers and processors with and $3.25 billion of funded loans.

When it comes to residential lending, I have the experience, the knowledge and the desire to close your loan on a timely and professional basis. The primary goal of RWM is to develop loan term lending relationships with our clients by providing service, solutions and results. When your loan closes, I will ask you to add my name to your lists of financial consultants. In turn, I will monitor your loan and keep you informed as to the current mortgage trends and lending options.

I am married and the father of two (Tomo & Mariko). Personal priorities include, family first and foremost and building a successful business a close second. As for life, “Enjoy each day as it comes—at work and at home—because the best moments fly by and need to be savored”.
