What to Expect in the Next 30 Days

Get Pre-Approved

Complete your loan application through my Fluid App by uploading the necessary documents and signing disclosures on the platform.

Find Your Dream Home

Work with a real estate agent to find your dream home. They will help you determine your preferences and your dream home’s best features. Once you find “the one”, submit an offer. Once the seller accepts, you enter escrow.

Complete Inspections and Appraisals

The processor reviews the loan and requests additional documentation if needed. In this stage, the inspection and appraisal are performed. After they are both completed, your file is submitted to underwriting.

Underwriting Approval

Your conditional loan approval is now pending any final conditions and contingencies. You upload conditions for final loan approval, e-sign the closing disclosure, and review final loan terms.

Prepare for Closing

You sign loan closing documents with a mobile notary and wire your closing funds to escrow. After your loan funds and title records grant deed, you get the keys!

Move In!

Get ready to move into your new home! Make sure you have everything you need with our move-in checklist. Congratulations, you’re now a homeowner!
