Jim is one of the most experienced and top producing loan officers in San Diego County. Over the past 25 years, Jim has helped over 7,000 families secure financing throughout Southern California. This brings his total closed loan volume over $2.5 billion. Prior to joining RWM Home Loans in October of 2007, Jim was a senior loan originator and manager with Bank of America and CTX Mortgage where he earned honors as a nationwide top producer for both entities. Most recently, Jim was the founder and President of Pacific Capital Mortgage.

Jim is also a national speaker and trainer for “Todd Duncan Seminars” where he has been acknowledged as one of the foremost experts in the mortgage industry.
